We handle creditors' rights matters and litigation for both debtors and creditors, including motions for relief from stay, nondischargeability adversary proceedings, lien disputes, and shareholders' rights.

Matthew Probus has tried bench and jury trials in state and federal court over his 37+ years of practicing law, reorganized small to mid-sized businesses in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, liquidated small and large companies in Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases, and tried adversary cases and contested matters in the bankruptcy courts. In all of his work he takes a careful approach, looking for ways to resolve matters for the client as quickly and efficiently as possible.
